Pikeside Media Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 8, 2026

Who We Are

Pikeside Media, a brand of Pikeside Solutions LLC ("we," "our"), a West Virginia company, publishes original videos on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. This policy covers the publishing applications we run for those accounts. For our consulting website, see the Pikeside Solutions Privacy Policy.

What Our Apps Access, and Why

Our apps connect only to accounts owned by Pikeside Media, and only for two purposes:

• To publish our own videos to our own accounts on Meta (Instagram and Facebook), YouTube (Google) and TikTok.
• To read aggregate statistics about our own posts, such as view counts and watch time, so we can see which videos work.

The apps are operated by Pikeside Media for its own accounts. They are not offered to the public, and no one else can sign in to them.

What We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect personal data about viewers, followers or commenters.
• We do not read direct messages.
• We do not sell or share data with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google API Services

Pikeside Media's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention

The access tokens that let our apps act on our accounts are kept until we revoke them. They are stored on our own systems, with access restricted to authorized staff. Aggregate statistics about our own posts are kept for analysis.

How to Revoke Access

Access can be withdrawn at any time in each platform's settings:

• Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions
• Facebook / Instagram: Settings & privacy, then Business Integrations, at facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools
• TikTok: Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then Manage app permissions

Once access is revoked, the app can no longer act on that account.

Your Rights

Because we hold no personal data about viewers, followers or commenters, there is normally nothing to access or delete. If you believe we hold information about you, contact us and we will look into it.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
